He is survived by: his mother Ann Marie Wade (Sandberg); his siblings, Valorie Ladwig, Vikki Schultz (DeVere), Claude Wade (Michelle) and Scott Wade; and his siblings' children, Jodi Snell (Jason), Heather Gunter (Mike), Kristi Okeson, Kelly Nelson (Brandon), Kati Martin (Brandon), Kelsi Walton (Zach), Chelsie Wade and Cody Wade. He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
