He was predeceased by: his father Charles Sr. Zornes; his son Peyton Zornes; and his grandson Steven Warren. He is survived by: his mother Suzanne Zornes (Oppegard); his children, Ellie Mae Ramirez (Jose), Marissa Whirlwindsoldier (Anthony John Strong), Miranda Whirlwindsoldier, Travis Walker, Jericho Zornes, Eon Zornes and Marcus Lagarde; his grandchildren, Siara Sargent and Jose Ramirez Jr.; his siblings, Charles Zornes Jr., Tracy Zornes, Lisa Zornes (Sam Wadena), Samantha Zornes (Mike Ray Littlewolf), Ann Zornes, Wuppy and Peewee Baby; and the mothers of children, Tammy Peterson, Christine Thauvin Colin, Angela Whirlwindsoldier, Zelda "Bee" Sargent and Carol Brook.
