We are sad to announce that, on April 13, 2025, at the age of 97, Alvin Hansen of Baker, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alvin Hansen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Hansen (Jacobson) and Alfred Hansen; his wife Fern Butenhoff; his son Roger; his son-in-law Kurt Sogn; and his siblings, Verlin, Harold, Larry and Judy Peterson.

He is survived by: his children, Doug (Nancy) of Fergus Falls and Kathy Sogn of Moorhead; his daughter-in-law Laurie Hansen; and his siblings, Alice Hansen, Loretta Faulkner, Lorin, Ed (Clarene), Bev and Ron (Hazel). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren.
