He was predeceased by: his father Eldon Solum. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Solum (McEvers) of Baker, MN; his siblings, Kevin Solum (Gayle) of Barnesville, MN, Colin Solum (Cheryl) of Fargo, ND and Lori Thompson (Mike) of Barnesville, MN; his nephews, Jim Solum (Rachel Blankenship), K. C. Solum (Amanda), Corey Solum, Jay Thompson (Carmen), Clay Solum (Chloe), Drew Thompson and Catlin Solum; and his aunt Lela Solum of Fargo.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Korsmo Funeral Service (409 8th St S, Moorhead, MN 56561). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the City Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the Special Olympics.
