He is survived by: his mother Patricia Solum (McEvers) of Baker, MN; his siblings, Kevin Solum (Gayle) of Barnesville, MN, Colin Solum (Cheryl) of Fargo, ND and Lori Thompson (Mike) of Barnesville, MN; his nephews, Jim Solum (Rachel Blankenship), K. C. Solum (Amanda), Corey Solum, Jay Thompson (Carmen), Clay Solum (Chloe), Drew Thompson and Catlin Solum; and his aunt Lela Solum of Fargo.
