She was predeceased by: her parents, Helmer Olander and Veronica Olander (Griep); her grandson Dominic Dean; her brother Dennis Olander; her sister-in-law Bonnie Olander; Jerome Salber.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Salber of Erhard, MN; her children, Jessica Swanson (Tor) of Plymouth, MN, Jason Salber (Amanda) of Detroit Lakes, MN and Jennifer Ledford (Channing) of Lincoln, MT; her foster daughter Kim Hassel of Crookston, MN; her grandchildren, Anika, Cade, Austen, Lizzie, Aili, Baylie and Tay; and her siblings, Rosalie Fox of Sauk Centre, MN, Roy Olander (Mary Lou) of Staples, MN, Janice Bobendrier (Charles) of Pipestone, MN, Mary May (Ervin) of Long Prairie, MN, John Allen Olander (Marian) of Clayton, MN and Steve Olander (Julie) of Clara City, MN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Assumption Catholic Church (307 Front St N, Barnesville, MN 56514). A prayer will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Throughout her life, Jane made lasting contributions to her community.
