He is survived by: his wife Paulene Sharon Cunningham; his children, Jeremiah Cunningham (Savanna) and Sarah Iverson (Charles); his grandsons, Gavin Dale and Isaac Jeremiah; and his siblings, Steve Cunningham (Vivian) and Pam Symanietz (Don).
