She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tweeton and Carol Tweeton (Berg); and her close friend Denise Merry Miller. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Hodge (Erin) and Jennifer Phillips (Nate); her grandchildren, Easton, Harrison, Taytum and Fletcher; and her siblings, Karen Fankhanel (Dan), Kelly Poppel (Tom), Kori Krause and Kyle Tweeton (Ann). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Barnesville Event Center (101 2nd St SE, Barnesville, MN 56514).
In lieu of flowers, the family simply asks for your presence, come share a story, a laugh, and help celebrate the life of a woman who always kept her door open.
