He is survived by: his wife Ruth McRoberts; his children, Randall Cooper (Judy) and Rachelle Armstrong (Abraham Avila); his grandchildren, Lisette Richie (Troy), Gabriella Armstrong (John Krejchik) and Timothy Armstrong; his siblings, Janet Lacey (Bill), Shirley Perry (Richard), Sharon Foss, John Cooper Jr. (Molly) and DeAnn Anderson (Jimmie); and his sister-in-law Georgia Cooper. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
