She was predeceased by : her parents, George DeCaigny and June Galatz; her stepfather Nick Galatz; and her siblings, Linda, Julie, Larry and Greg.

She is survived by : her husband William; her children, Jefferey Adkins (Heather) and John Adkins (Tara); her grandchildren, Danielle, Dillon, Haley and Amelia; her sister Cindy Ketola (Jon); and her siblings-in-law, Steve Tierney (Joyce), Donald Adkins (Elaine) and Susie Pylka (Bruce).

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Special Olympics, an organization Janet felt strongly about, or a donation to your favorite charity in Janet's name.
