She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedar Aune and Alvira Aune (Ellstrom); her husband Elsworth Klimek; her siblings, Clarence Aune (Donna), LeRoy Aune, Elsie Larson (Mervin), Ervin Aune, Bernard Aune, Jeanette Bachman (Harold) and Lloyd Aune; her niece Sharry Johnson; her nephew Bradley Larson; and her brother-in-law Willard Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Casey Klimek; her sister Linda Johnson; her sister-in-law Ruth Aune; and her great-niece Taylor Johnson. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Nidaros Lutheran Church (18844 Nidaros Church Dr, Clitherall, MN 56524).
