He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Madsen and Ann Madsen (Grubel); his wife Marlys LaValley; and his sister Jean Malmstrom. He is survived by: his children, Marci (Terry Fuller) and Mitch (Eileen Madsen); his grandson Nicholas Fuller; and his sister Melanie Greene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
