He is survived by: his wife Karen Swendsrud of Battle Lake; his children, Ellen Stalboerger and Philip Frederick (Brenda); his grandchildren, Paige Carlson (Nathan), Morgan Gesme (Nate), Brock Stalboerger, Jordan Frederick and Drew Stalboerger; his great grandchildren, Isla, Henry and Katherine; and his sisters, Judy Olson (Richard) and Sharon Schleicher (Jim).
