She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her daughter Colene Johnson (Daryl); her grandchildren, Kendal and Nathan; and her sister Carol Neuman (Jerry).

“Dear Jerry and Colene, I am so glad Ronele was one of my dearest friends. We had so much fun when we would get together and we were lucky enough to both work at the same company. I don't think I ever saw her angry, if she did get mad I never knew it. I will cherish the friendship I had with her and when I think of her now I get tears in my eyes knowing I won't be seeing her again but I also thank God for having had her in my life!
