He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Eschenbacher and Martha; his former wife Shirley Morlok of Columbus, Nebraska.; his wife Marjorie Dill; his son Kevin; and his siblings, Elsie Anderson, Jeanette Simmonds and Donald.
He is survived by: his children, Karen (Bob Owen) of Brainerd, Kay Princeton (Warren McVey), Karl "Pete" of Brainerd and Kurt (Brenda) of Fort Ripley; his brother Larry (Ramona); his grandchildren, Rob, Melissa, Brandon, Jigger, Mandy, Lee, Ian, Eli, Darcy, Carrie, Nate, Justin and Michael; his daughter-in-law Linda; and his stepdaughter Eileen Holmquist. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
