He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Puetz; his children, Melissa Herrera of Benson, AZ, Tom Turcotte (Nikki) and Ashley Wilshusen (Kyle); his grandchildren, Alex Granillo, Josh Herrera, Kelsey, Taya, Ayven, Zyler Turcotte and Jude Wilshusen; his great grandchildren, Maverick and Valeria; his siblings, Lorraine Thoms and Charles Turcotte (Marilyn); his siblings-in-law, David Puetz (Margie), Jim Puetz (Pat), Joe Puetz (Jaynee), Mary Chapman (Tom) and Kathy Gangestad (Dudley); and his close friends, Virginia Smart, Henry, Leona Stockert and Rhonda Hope.
