He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kub and Ruth Kub; and his son Jonathan. He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his son Nathan (Tatianna); his sister Gail Novitzki (David); and his sister-in-law Joan Zimmerman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
