She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Theien and Lillian Theien (Rasmussen); and her husband Vernon Wagner. She is survived by: her children, Craig of Brainerd and Kristin Woods (Richard) of Pillager; and her siblings, Janice of Rogers, DeEtte of Fridley and Norman of Hot Springs, Arkansas. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Bethlehem Lutheran Church or to a cancer charity of your choice in Joyce's memory.
