He was predeceased by: his parent Merrill Hill; his wife Vonnie Hill; and his mother Lucille Jahns. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Courtney and Mike Hill (Amy); his stepchildren, Steve Kapaun (Diane), Ron Kapaun (Cindy), Kim Kapaun (Jeff) and Kevin Kapaun (Trina); his grandchildren, Melissa Meyers (Drew), Markee Lockwood (Brooks), Calli Romero (Christopher), Aimée McIntyre (Travis), Kyle McNamee (Ashley), Kelsey Marvin (Gabe), Matt Kapaun, William Kapaun (Kelsey) and Victoria Kapaun; his great grandchildren, Jameson, Isaac, Luisa, Izzy, Vivi, Myla, Brinley, Archer, Everleigh, Adalee and Wilhelmina; his brother Ron Hill (Robin); and his half-brother Tim Hill (Nancy Arndt Opsahl).
