He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Kamps and Eldoras Kamps (Westermann). He is survived by: his children, Adam, Morgan and Heather; and his siblings, Phyllis (Dennis), Joan (Jeff), Jean (Jim), Steven (Jenny) and David. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
