He is survived by: his wife April (Hendrickson); his daughters, Faye (Aaron) and Carrie (Chris); his grandsons, Michael and Nicholas; and his siblings, Joyce, Roger, Marlene, Neal and Rita. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
