He was predeceased by: his parents, Darwin Wipper and ShirLee Wipper (Sjolander); his siblings, Eugene and Sandy Rossman (Dave); and his nephew Joseph Rossman.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Simonsmeier of Nisswa; his children, Kari Wipper-Johannes of Palmer, Kelly Puhl (Jason) of Aitkin, Sara Dietman (Seth) of Rice and Samantha Anderson (Luke) of Clear Lake; his grandchildren, Morgan (Jackson), Colton, Payton, Emery, Sage, Parker, Brady, Reed, Jackson, Benjamin and Mackenzie; his great grandchild Jaylie; his siblings, Linda Nelson (Richard) of Clear Lake, Julie Ganz (Mike) of Clear Lake, Nancy Gruenke (Tom) of St. Cloud and Scott Wipper of St. Cloud; his sister-in-law Gail Oberg-Wipper of St. Cloud; and his pets, Raven, Shelby and Morris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Homes-Becker (14264 Bank St, Becker, MN 55308). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
