He is survived by : his wife Susan Frazer; his children, Stephen Cutter (Alicia) of Wilmington, IL, Bill Cutter Jr. (Amy) of Prior Lake, MN and Kathy Dostal (Jon) of Mentor, MN; and his sisters, Twink Hennen (Bud) of Forest Lake, MN and Bitzy Glotzbach of Blaine, MN. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
