He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Stehman and Joanne Stehman. He is survived by: his siblings, Randy (Christine) of Newton, KS, Sandra Toews (Larry) of Wichita, KS, Rick (Cathy) of Lawrence, KS and Jeff (Shannon) of Ely, MN.; his stepmother Mary Berge of Hesston, KS; and his stepbrothers, Dale Berge of Rockport, IL and Jim Berge (Kayla) of Shreveport, LA..

“Tony was like a brother to the Veronen family. Not only due to the relationships with me and my siblings, but because of the loving relationship he had with Bill and Gertie. One of the big joys of my dad’s retirement years was building the lodge on Bad Medicine Lake. Tony was his right-hand man in the process. On a personal level, he helped me on projects in four different states. Each time he livened up the evenings with his wit and conversation. He was a treasure. Rick Veronen”
