He is survived by: his wife Dianne Schwanz; his grandchild Rey Ekstrom (Cindy) of Port Orchard, WA; his children, Aaron Ekstrom (Abby) of Winona, MN, Nettie Gray (Daniel) of Winona, MN and William Ekstrom of Bemidji; his siblings, Lydia Dingle (Al) of Vernon, CT, Susan Schauer (Alan) of Lafayette, MN, Joyce Brummund of Inwood, WV and Richard of Cannon Falls, MN; and his brother-in-law Larry Jensen (Diane) of Blaine, MN. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; extended family and many dear friends.
The family would prefer memorials to flowers.
