He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Boyer and Dorothy Eppard; his son Billy Jack "B. J." Boyer; and his sister Connie Dicken. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Boyer of Bemidji, MN; his stepdaughter Monica Swanson (Keith Anderson) of Bemidji, MN; his sisters, Debbie Teiken of Hibbing, MN and Jessie Boyer; and his brother-in-law Dr. Bob Dicken of Savage, MN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
