He was predeceased by: his parents, Selma "Sally" Chambers and William "Bill" Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Jean Floura Chambers; his children, Tyler Chambers (Samantha), Trevor Chambers (Hannah) and Terran Chambers; his grandchildren, Peyton, Landon, Madden, Carson and Calvin Chambers; and his siblings, Richard Chambers (Barbara), Margaret Bushee (Dennis) and Lance Chambers (Jean).
To continue paying it forward, in lieu of flowers, the Chambers family will donate memorials received to the American Heart Association and the National Kidney Foundation.
