She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Pinney and Ella Kate Pinney (Spaid); her sons, Steven Curry, Stanley Curry and Stewart Curry; her grandson Chad Mechtel; and her siblings, Ronald Pinney and Patricia "Patti" Cornwell.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Curry, Sr.; her children, Christine Mechtel of Bemidji, Samuel Curry, Jr. of Bemidji, Scott Curry of Bemidji and Cathy Springer (Richard) of Grand Forks, ND; her grandchildren, Daniel Mechtel, Jr., Heather Hawk (Blair), Matthew Springer and Mitchell Kaasa; and her great grandchildren, Layla Perales, Ruben Perales and Sterling Hawk.
