She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bishop and Ida Bishop (Lesher); her husband Jerry Van Hale; and her daughter Cindy Van Hale. She is survived by: her children, Rick Shank (LaVonna) of Gillette, WY, Don (Vickie) and Lillian Horn of Medical Lake, WA; and her stepsons, Jerry Van Hale (Jackie) and Richard Van Hale of Big Falls, MN. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
