She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Gerhardson (Tangen) and Einar Gerhardson; her husband Duane; her daughter Janice; her brothers, Harvey, Charles and Richard; and her daughter-in-law Julie Christensen (Holland).

She is survived by: her children, Judith Gelderman (Steven), Nancy Lofthus (Russell), Brian Christensen and Kevin Christensen; her grandchildren, Andrew Lofthus (Brittany), Grant Lofthus (Samantha), Justin Christensen and Janelle Nelson (Brendin); her great grandchildren, Colin Lofthus, Callum Lofthus, Kennedy Nelson and Lachlan Nelson; her siblings, Kenny, Jerry, Dave, Steve, John (Donna), Bob and Betty Gaule (Mike); and her siblings-in-law, Loretta Pederson and David Christensen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred to Sanford Bemidji Home Care and Hospice or Bethel Child Care Center, Bemidji.
