He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Seitz (Johnson) and Alvin "Yank" Seitz of Bemidji, MN; his daughters, Melissa and Sabrina; his granddaughter Nicole Walker; and his siblings, Danny, Alvin "Chubby", Bobby, Mike, Jody, Becky and Michelle "Mickey".
He is survived by: his sister Cindy Harstad (Seitz); and his children, Eugene Seitz Jr. "Skip", LaShawn Seitz, Racquel Hoover (Courtney) and Katrina Seitz. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
