He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kelm and Wilma Kelm; his brother Dan Kelm; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Thoring and Debbie Kelm.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lou Petron; his son Chad Kelm (Kami); his grandchildren, Kali Kelm (Riley Spear) and Carson Kelm; his siblings, Judy Black (Curt), Bill Kelm (Connie), Karen Thoring (Larry Schmidt), Marian Vold (Ron), Willard Kelm, Vicki Schmerbeck (Mike), Joy Kelm, Gary Kelm (Trudy) and Jim Kelm; his grandchildren, Austin Spencer (Karissa) and Kole Spencer (Shelly Johnson); his sibling Kiana Spencer; and his extended family, Marlys Hanson and Patrick Spencer (Jodi). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews neighbors and close friends.
