He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Manley and Theodore Manley. He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Tom (Suzanne) and Ellen (Gerry); and his grandchildren, Iris, Arlo and Annie. He is also survived by five siblings, in-laws, nieces, nephews.
