It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Herman Klasen Jr. of Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Klasen and Lela Klasen Sr. (Eastman); his children, Carolee Molash, John Klasen III and Delbert Klasen; his son-in-law Walter "Pat" Molash; and his siblings, Raymond Klasen, Robert Klasen, Joyce Vincent (Tom) and Marlene Klasen.
He is survived by: his wife Carolee Soule; his children, Mike Klasen, Kelly Klasen (Nadene), Terry Klasen and Martin William "Bill" Klasen (Ginny) of St. Cloud; his daughter-in-law Marcy Binkley of Bemidji; and his siblings, Kathleen LaBerge (Lowell), Karen Johnson (Ernie), Laurel "Mickey" Klasen, Cheryl Gilbertson (John), Bonnie Nerstad and Juanita Smith (Delbert). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
