He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, John Dukek (Trish) of West Fargo, ND and Joe Dukek (Leslie) of Bemidji, MN; his grandchildren, Justin Dukek, Erica Dukek, Sadie Klegstad (Dylan), Kristin Dukek, Cody and Kailey Rader; and his siblings, Richard Dukek, Randy Dukek (Lori), Phyllis Bromaghin (Dennis) and Kathy Maki (Jon). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
