It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Estelle Stebe of Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Morrissette and Catherine Morrissette; her husband Dale Lee Stebe; and her siblings, Beulah Peterson, Louella Yelle, Dorothy Bolin, Doris Asselin, Isabelle Gribbon, Edward, Maurice and Eugene Morrisette.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jana Bromenshenkel (Herbert) of Bemidji, Rae Buschette (John) of Sauk Centre and Wendy Peterson (Jamie) of Oklee; her grandchildren, Dale Bromenshenkel (Laura) of Bemidji, Shaena Kuch (Kevin) of Grand Forks, ND, Michael Buschette (Stephanie) of Beaverton, OR, Kady Krivanek (William) of Blanchardville, WI, Josh Buschette (Kayla), Derek Peterson (Sydnie) of Fargo, ND, Leah Peterson of Oklee and Luke Peterson of Oklee; and her great grandchildren, David, Ben Bromenshenkel, June Kuch, Evie, Maren Buschette, Aspen and William Krivanek.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home (3330 Irvine Ave NW, Bemidji, MN 56601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (2700 Ridgeway Ave NW, Bemidji, MN 56601).
