It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Tobey Jr. (Bemidji, Minnesota), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 26, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin and Frances Tobey Sr. (Ruzicka); his wife Jean Tobey; and his sister Donna. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Bahr (Darrel), Kelly Wilkinson (Mark), Karen Waskul (Ron) and Barb Halputzok (Troy); his siblings, Nancy Savard, LeeRoy Tobey (Audrey), Richard Tobey (Vicky) and Bruce Tobey (Cathy); and his close friend Lucille Martin. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
