She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Murtland and Maime Murtland (Alley); her husbands, DeRece Jacobs and Robert Smetak; her siblings, Alfred, Shirley, Gerald, Dorothy, June, Emily, Ira, Vernon, Ronald and Robert; and her grandson Ethan Jacobs.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Gabriel, Karen Engesather, Diane Jacobs (Mark), Kathy Wiltse (Jim), Michael Jacobs (Michelle), David Jacobs (Doris), Keith Jacobs (Ninfa), Daniel Jacobs (Kristy) and Wayne Jacobs; and her sister Amelia Gotaas. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Neilson Place.
