He is survived by: his children, Alysha Fogelquist, Melissa Barber (Alex) and Carl Fogelquist; his stepson Quinton Lorence; and his siblings, Polly Bjorkquist (Mike), David Fogelquist (Sue) and John Fogelquist (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
