He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Welle and Virginia Welle. He is survived by: his uncles, Joe and Bob Welle; his cousins, Paul and Hugh Welle; his wife Paulette; his children, Scott Welle, Rebecca Bentfield (Bruce) and Ryan Welle (Bryn); and his brothers, Jerry, Mark, Joe, Jim and Keith. He is also survived by his brothers and childhood friends.
