He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Leitner (late Gary Mondt), Melanie Toftum and Beth Toftum (Brian Goldberg); his grandchildren, Ashley Mondt, Jacob, Nickolas, Joseph and Alexis Leitner; and his great grandchildren, Lyla Mondt, Juniper and Atticus Avery.
