He is survived by: his mother Darlene Beverly Johnson (Frey); his wife Lynn; his daughter Ashley; his son-in-law Cullen; his stepdaughter Amy; his sister Debra; his brother-in-law David; his grandchildren, Kody, Kasey, Heather, Hunter, Rileigh, Teagan and Dallas; his great grandchildren, Gage, Korbyn, Brayden, Alaya and Liam; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
