He is survived by: his mother Ruth; his sons, Andrew Martin and Erich Martin; his grandsons, Conner and Hunter Martin; his siblings, Heidi Frasz (Scott), David Martin (Diane) and Johnny Martin; his half-brother Michael Martin; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Granlund Anderson and Valerie Granlund Christiansen; his friend Maria Anderson; and his pet Maya. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity or cause of their choosing in Dan's honor.
