He is survived by: his wife H. Darlene Onken; his son Ron Wagner (Deborah) of Mankato; his grandchildren, Josh Jaycox (Jaclyn), Jess Bye (Tom) and Kellie Wagner; his great grandchildren, Emily Jaycox, Rory Jaycox and Charles Bye; and his siblings, Eugene "Bud" Wagner (Marj) of Carroll, Vern Wagner (Judy) of Audubon, Kathy Popp of Homosassa and Donald Wagner (June) of Gonzalas, Louisiana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Francis Catholic Church (508 13th St N, Benson, MN 56215). A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St Francis Catholic Church Cemetery (505 13th St N, Benson, MN 56215).
