He is survived by: his children, Kristopher Gades (Erin), Candace Ell (Trevor) and Carolyn Gades Shannon; his grandchildren, Quinn, Chloe Gades, Libby, Zoey Ell, Parker Sherbrooke (Hailey), Carly Dormanen and Amelia Shannon; his great grandchildren, Josilee and Stetson Sherbrooke; and his siblings, Kevin, Curt, Kendall Gades, Rhonda Osterman (Tim) and Stacie Gades. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
