She is survived by: her children, Corey Claussen (Darcy) of Benson and Gina Claussen of Minneapolis; her grandchildren, Alex and Julia; her sisters, Linda Kiegan of Waterloo, Joyce Appell of Yellow Springs, Carol Appell of St. Louis Park and Debra Appell of Minnetonka, Minnesota; and her pet Maia.
