He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Arneson and Frances Arneson (McGowan); and his brothers, Edward, Clifford "Bud" Jr., Terrence and Donald Arneson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lietz; his daughter Angela Riethmiller (Mark) of Buffalo, MN; his grandchildren, Christopher, Amanda and Matthew Odegard; his stepgrandchild Reese Riethmiller; and his siblings, Myrna Jacobson (Alvin) of Benson, MN, Lynette Houdek (Larry) of Rochester, MN and Michael Arneson of Benson, MN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
