Ronald Ascheman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Ascheman of Benson, Minnesota, who passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ascheman and Rose Ascheman; and his siblings, Richard, Harold Ascheman (Ann), Rose Ann McRoberts, Melvin Ascheman (Margo), Margie Beyer (Merlin), Agnes Miller (Franklin), Carol Mesenbrink (Don Johnson), Roy Ascheman and Bob Ascheman (Diane).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jessica Stettner (Wes), Mason Ascheman (Trisha), Brandon Ascheman (Laura), Paxton Ascheman (Breanne Eng), Nathan Ascheman (Emily), Madison Fischer (Kyle), Nicole Vergin (Cole), MaCartney Ascheman, Brady Ascheman (Emma), Jacob Fath and Dylan Ascheman; his wife Donna Wersinger; his sisters, Bernice Wente and Rita Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Virgil Mesenbrink, Jim McRoberts and Connie Ascheman. He is also survived by his six children; eleven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
A prayer will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the St Francis Catholic Church (508 13th St N, Benson, MN 56215). Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
