He is survived by : his mother Nancy Hollenkamp (Jerry Sienko); his daughters, Kiera Hollenkamp and Jillian Hollenkamp; and his siblings, Shannon Carlson (David) and Rachel Hoo. He is also survived by nieces and nephew many aunts, uncles, and other relatives & friends.
