She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lorell and Ruby Hass. She is survived by: her parents, Perry Metcalf and Mary Metcalf; her children, Kody Hass-Hoffmeister and Kendra Hass-Hoffmeister (Phoenix); her sister Kimberly Hass; her boyfriend Jeff Swanson; her grandchildren, Evlynn, Asher and Quincy; her niece Charlee (Tyler); her great-nieces, Victoria and Annabelle; her niece Mackenzie (Dayton); her great-nephew Benjamin; her nephew Anthony (Naomi); her extended family Amanda; and her close friend Mike "Madz" Peterson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles.
