She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth "Poonty" Howard and Bonnie Carlson (Smedberg); and her stepfather Ron Smedberg. She is survived by: her sons, Kristopher Kolkin (Tara) of Bemidji and Dustin Kolkin (Rayne) of Bemidji; her sister Stefanie Howard of Hibbing; and her grandchildren, Carliyah, Liberty, Kace and Kash.
